SOL is the only institute in Costa Rica offering more than classes, lodging, trips and volunteering.  Our Spanish language academy offers both regular and intensive classes to individuals interested in learning the language or to those who want to improve their language skills.  We also organize weekly field trips to different destinations of tourist and cultural interest.  As an organization committed to nature, SOL promotes volunteering programs among students in different national parks, and donates a percentage of its profits to institutions protecting the Costa Rican flora and fauna. Our lessons are based on a dynamic methodology, which encourages students to speak Spanish from the first day.  We go beyond the classroom through a well-prepared teaching program that includes weekly field trips, always related to the subject studied in class.
