SOL is committed to nature this is why they encourage their students to volunteer in different programs at the various national parks and simultaneously donates a monthly percentage to the institutions responsible for ensuring the Costa Rican flora and fauna. The institute is located in Barva, one of the most picturesque villages in the province of Heredia. Barva is known for its traditional celebrations always accompanied by masquerades. This town has a colonial atmosphere with deep cultural roots. The friendliness of its inhabitants, the colonial architecture and sculptures that adorn its streets, delicious food, and ongoing celebrations make the area an ideal place to learn Spanish and meet the essence of Costa Rican culture. The institute imparts its lessons based on a dynamic methodology that propels students from the first day of classes to speak Spanish. Our classes are over and beyond the classroom, which is why elaborate program lessons are taught not only in the classroom but on weekly field trips related to the class topics so that the student learns and practices the language in a dynamic way, to not only learn Spanish, but immerse in Costa Rican culture. |
